Are the employees aware of the procedures that will be implemented? Are they participating without being coerced or threatened? Have the employees had input on the planning of the intervention?

Humane and empirically validated implementation of the principles of behavior

Are the proper principles of behavior being utilized? How is the procedure using reinforcement? What data supports the use of the procedure and principle? Are the practices humane by current ethical standards?

Adherence to international, commercial, federal, and ethical business guidelines

Are all laws being considered when implementing the behavior change procedure? Who is qualified on the team of collaborators to understand current business law? What approval needs to be obtained? What credentials are needed?

Arrangement of a successful environment that encourages productivity and well-being of the employees

Does the procedure allow employees to obtain reinforcement for correct behavior? Are the employees encouraged to meet their goals? Is praise and approval given equally to employees for correct behavior? Are employees aware of how to be successful within the behavior change program? Are they able to be successful?

Collaboration and social validity of current policies

What team was assembled to collaborate on behavior change procedures? Was employee input considered? Are the behaviors targeted for change socially significant? Have the dimensions of ABA been utilized?
